Sweatworking x Dawns and Tides Coaching
November 14th from 6PM - 8:30PM
As the season shifts and invites us to slow down, this evening is your space to release what’s been weighing on you — whether that’s personal, emotional, or simply the heaviness of the world.
You’ll move through a restorative yoga flow led by Kristina, yoga teacher and coach at Sweatworking Collective, followed by guided reflection and journaling with Becca Gauvin, ICF-certified life coach and founder of Dawns & Tides.
Together, we’ll explore what we’ve been carrying, why it’s hard to let go, and how to make space for what’s next — through yoga, meditation, and grounded self-inquiry.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- A deeper understanding of why letting go feels hard
- Practical tools to support your emotional and mental well-being
- Fresh insights and a sense of lightness
- A deeper connection with yourself and others

Is this for me?
If you are a woman seeking calm, reflection, and renewal, this event has been designed for you.
If you’ve been feeling the weight of this season or noticing old habits and beliefs that no longer serve you, this space is for you.
Note: Life coaching is distinct from therapy. While this isn’t a space for processing trauma, it’s perfect for those ready to reflect and move forward with new awareness.
