Experience something new and refreshing with Sweatworking x The Good Sauna!
Heat up in a Finnish sauna and then cool down in an ice bath at The Good Sauna. Hot and cold exposure helps your body recover, build resilience and unwind! Relax and let go of stress as Sarah guides you through a breathing and deeply restful meditation that will make you feel like you're floating on a cloud.
The evening will be divided into 4 sections: breath work and meditation, sauna, cold plunging, and conversations about understanding and navigating your stress.
The Good Sauna
Hot and cold therapy involves moving from our wood-burning sauna to our ice tubs or cold shower. The cycle of hot to cold is repeated until the body is in a complete state of relaxation. This process dates back thousands of years to Nordic cultures and has many science-backed health benefits. Boost your immunity, release stress, and recover from a week of your busy lives.

Sarah is the founder of The Sweatworking Collective.
She is on a mission to empower women through fitness, mindset and community!
Sarah has a diverse background in health and fitness which she has gained from working in Canada, the UK and Australia. She has an insatiable hunger for self-development through education and experience and loves sharing her discoveries with others.
When Sarah isn't working or studying, she can be found exploring the mountains or dipping her toes in the North Pacific.
