    Guaranteed to get you stronger! This class focuses on proper technique and progressive overload to help you build strength safely and effectively. Each class will focus on 1-2 major lifts and their accessory exercises.

  • Endurance Strength

    Designed for runners, swimmers, and cyclists, our Endurance Strength class targets the specific needs of endurance athletes. Focus on unilateral strength, plyometrics, power, and core stability to build resilient muscles and ligaments. Improve your performance and reduce injury risk in your favorite endurance activities

  • Kettlebell Flow

    Discover the art of kettlebell training in our 45-minute Kettlebell Flow class. Learn proper technique and control through dynamic movements that enhance strength, mobility, and coordination.

  • Strength & Conditioning (Coming Soon)

    Our Strength & Conditioning class combines resistance training with high-intensity intervals to improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular health. Expect a mix of explosive movements like plyometrics and jumping exercises to challenge your body and elevate your fitness level.

  • Olympic Weightlifting (Coming Soon)

    Elevate your strength and technique with our Olympic Weightlifting class, dedicated to teaching and refining the two classic lifts: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
