Our 4-week Learn to Lift course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of strength training in a fun, supportive, comfort zone-friendly environment. 

Every class is led by expert kinesiologists and exercise professionals.

With a focus on safe, sustainable progress, you'll build a solid foundation in lifting technique while gaining the confidence to train independently.

Expect personalized coaching in a supportive, 6-person class environment, where you'll grow alongside a community of like-minded individuals.

You'll leave feeling stronger, more empowered, and equipped with the knowledge to continue your strength journey.
