WHO ARE WE?
The Sweatworking Collective was founded by Sarah De Lucca, a personal trainer and coach specializing in women's health.
Originally from Vancouver, Sarah has always been passionate about health and fitness. In addition to her work with Sweatworking, she also work as a personal trainer and wellness coach in Vancouver, helping people to achieve their lifestyle goals and improve their overall health.
Sweatworking events are aimed to help folks engage in physical activity in ways that are non-intimidating, fun and inclusive. Sarah believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to explore their physical potential in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a newcomer to fitness, the Sweatworking Collective is here to help you feel welcome and empowered.
When Sarah is not working with clients or building the Sweatworking community, you can often find her training for triathlons or frolicking in the Pacific Ocean. She love the challenge of pushing her physical limits and the sense of accomplishment that comes with completing an event.
In addition to her ten years in the health and wellness industry, Sarah is also studying physiology and human kinetics at The University of British Columbia.
Sarah is passionate about educating people on how to take charge of their health and to achieve their full potential. Through Sweatworking, personal training, and her academic studies, Sarah is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone feels valued and supported.
