Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a gentle, assisted stretching technique that targets not just muscles, but the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, joints, and organs.

FST helps to: Improve flexibility and mobility, reduce pain and muscle tension, enhance athletic performance, support injury prevention and recovery, and increase circulation.

Whether you're an athlete, dealing with chronic stiffness, or simply looking to move and feel better, FST offers a relaxing and effective way to restore balance and ease in your body.

What to Expect at Your Session

  • A full 50-minute Fascial Stretch Therapy session with our practitioner, Tatiana

  • A hybrid session: combine your strength training with Tatiana and finish with integrated FST for recovery and mobility

Each session is performed on a treatment table with comfortable straps to help stabilize the body, allowing Tatiana to gently guide your body through pain-free, dynamic stretches. Expect to be fully clothed in a supportive, hands-on approach where your body feels moved, opened, and restored.

The Benefits of Fascial Stretch

Adding Fascial Stretch Therapy to your training routine can be a game-changer. Clients often notice immediate results that build over time.

Here are the top outcomes you can expect:

  1. Improved range of motion & flexibility – Move more freely in workouts and everyday life

  2. Joint space & tissue release – Reduce compression and stiffness in hard-working joints

  3. Nervous system reset – Feel calmer, sleep better, and lower stress

  4. Better posture & gait – Unlock restrictions that limit movement efficiency

  5. Muscle lengthening & recovery – Support strength gains and prevent injuries.

Fascial Stretch FAQ

How Often Should I Do FST?

We recommend at least once per month as a tune-up for active people, especially those who skip mobility or flexibility work. More frequent sessions may be beneficial if you’re recovering from injury, under high training loads, or seeking consistent stress relief.

Who is FST For?

  • Active people who want to stay injury-free but rarely make time for mobility work

  • Busy professionals looking for a recovery method that doubles as relaxation

  • Anyone feeling “tight” or stuck in their training progress

  • Individuals seeking holistic health benefits beyond strength and cardio

Who Should Avoid FST?

  • Those with acute inflammation or injury. You should let the injury and inflammation reduce before stretching the area

  • People with hyper-mobility disorders

  • Severe osteoporosis or arthritis

  • Unmanaged high blood pressure

  • 3rd Trimester of pregnancy
