Working with the Sweatworking Collective has streamlined and made working out so convenient! I use the monthly programming so my workouts are created for me to help me reach my goals. With monthly check ins it allows me to make sure the program is still accurate for my goals if they change, mention anything I’d like to touch base on and a time to talk about my progress. Sarah is easy to get a hold of and super flexible with any last minute changes for my programming - example, I hurt my neck and needed my workouts adjusted to accomodate that and it was changed before the next day. Her commitment to her clients and myself is phenomenal and I would recommend her to everyone regardless of your level of fitness!

I would highly recommend the Learn to Lift program with Sarah De Lucca! I joined as a beginner and have grown much more comfortable going to the gym as a result of this program. It is a great class for those wanting to gain a foundation in strength training, and Sarah does an excellent job taking the time to work with each member in the program.
