The Off-Peak Membership
Our Off-Peak Membership combines the personalized attention of one-on-one training with the motivation of a community. In a small class of 6, your coach knows your name, your goals, and your PR.
Every session is programmed by kinesiologists and led by certified exercise professionals.
Nothing is random.
Everything builds.
Train at sunrise, on your lunch break, or after the workday winds down, whenever off-peak works for you.

This membership is valid for 6AM, 7AM, and select midday/evening off-peak small group personal training classes only (Monday 12PM Strength Circuit, Tuesday 7PM Lifted, Thursday 12PM Lifted, Friday 12PM Lifting Club, plus 6AM & 7AM Monday–Friday). Not applicable to other class formats, drop-ins, or private sessions. This is a 4-month commitment billed monthly. Offer available May 1 – September 1, 2026.
