Questions we hear a lot
1. Do I need any prior experience with lifting weights?
Yes. Our classes accommodate a range of experience levels, and our coaches adapt coaching cues and weights to where you're at. If you're brand new to lifting, our Learn to Lift program is the perfect place to start, then you can move into small group classes with confidence.
2. What's the difference between small group PT and a regular fitness class?
Class sizes are capped at 6 people, so you get hands-on coaching and individual feedback rather than watching a demo from across the room. Every session is programmed with progressive overload in mind, and your coach knows your name and your goals.
3. Can I try a class before committing?
Absolutely. Book a free consultation and we'll help you find the right class and get your first session on the books. Drop-in options are also available if you want to test the waters.
4. What should I bring to class?
Comfortable workout clothes, training or running shoes, and a water bottle. We take care of everything else. Arrive a couple of minutes early for your first class so your coach can say a proper hello and you can sign your waiver.
Pricing & Scheduling.

6. When are classes available?
We have classes Monday through Saturday, ranging from 6 AM to 7 PM. Check the full timetable on our booking portal to find a time that works for your schedule.
7. What happens if I miss a class?
Our booking system allows you to manage your reservations. Cancel your reservation with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise the class will be considered a late-cancel or no-show and you will be charged for the class.
Results & Outcomes
8. What kind of results can I expect?
You’ll feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in the gym. Many participants tell us they feel less achy in daily life, more energized, and proud of how capable they’ve become.
9. Is this program mostly for strength, or will it help with weight loss too?
Our small group personal training classes are all about building strength and improving physical fitness. While it can support body composition changes, this will be up to the participant to ensure they are eating a balanced diet and progressively building strength to increase muscle mass.
Logistics
10. Where are classes held? Is there parking nearby?
