Service Description

This 60-minute class is the perfect next step after Learn to Lift. Designed to help you build strength and confidence, we take time to break down key barbell movements, reinforce technique, and train at lighter loads so you can continue progressing with intention. Whether you're still getting comfortable under the bar or want more guided practice before lifting heavier, this class offers a supportive, educational environment to grow your skills — one rep at a time. *Please note that Beginner Lifting Club does NOT require past barbell experience, but completing Learn to Lift is extremly beneficial. The programming for Beginners Lifting Club repeats the same programming every 8 weeks. The first 4 weeks of the programming you build on 'pushing' exercises and the final 4 weeks builds on 'pulling' exercises.
