Cancellation Policy

Sweatworking Collective Training Agreement This Agreement applies to Doubles Personal Training services purchased through Sweatworking Collective, located at #108–950 West Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia V6H 1G5. 1. Package Details Start Date: Upon first use. Doubles Personal Training packages are available in 5, 10 and 20-session packages, depending on the package purchased. Each Doubles Personal Training session is for two clients training together with one coach. 2. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers Doubles Personal Training sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Packages of 5, 10 and 20 sessions are non-refundable, but passes may be transferred within the applicable expiration period. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being deducted from the pass as though attended. 3. Illness Please do not attend training sessions if you are sick. 4. Booking & Attendance Doubles Personal Training sessions must be booked in advance to secure an appointment. 5. General Terms Facility Rules: Clients agree to follow all Sweatworking Collective facility rules and policies, which may be updated periodically. Clean Shoes: Clients agree to wear clean indoor shoes during training sessions. Be Kind & Respectful: Clients are expected to be kind and respectful toward coaches, staff and other attendees. Hate speech, racism, bullying or harassment will not be tolerated. Sweatworking Collective reserves the right to ask a participant engaging in this behaviour to leave without a refund. By purchasing or participating in Doubles Personal Training, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
